Our community blossomed quickly, catching traction thanks to Christine Miserandino's Spoon Theory found here. As we round the corner to our 6th year, I feel it is time to upgrade fully!

The "Brave Babes Movement" in the context of chronic pain and chronic illnesses symbolizes a collective effort to challenge societal norms and perceptions surrounding health struggles. It embodies a proactive approach to advocacy, empowerment, and resilience within the chronic illness community. The movement serves as a platform for individuals to voice their experiences, share resources, and promote awareness, fostering a culture of understanding and support for those facing similar challenges. It signifies a call to action, encouraging individuals to stand up, speak out, and champion a more inclusive and compassionate society for all.
